چکیده

Inorganic perovskite nanocrystals (NCs) have demonstrated a number of unique optical and electronic properties for optoelectronic applications. However, the physical these nanostructures, such as dynamics charge carriers on different timescales their effect recombination carriers, are not yet fully understood. This work reports slow (>1 s) reversible quenching NC photoluminescence due to light-induced Stark involving defects surface NCs redistribution photoexcited onto surface. phenomenon can influence operation devices based NCs, including hybrid photosensors graphene decorated with inorganic revealing prospects limitations.

Photoluminescence quenching of inorganic cesium lead halides perovskite quantum dots (CsPbX3) by electron/hole acceptor.

Recently, all-inorganic cesium lead halide perovskites (CsPbX3) quantum dots (QDs) have attracted great attention due to their halogen composition and size tunable band gap engineering, the same physical mechanism that is responsible for excellent performance in light-emitting devices. However, little is known about the time-resolved fluorescence quenching dynamics process of these CsPbX3 QDs. ...

Thermal degradation of luminescence in inorganic perovskite CsPbBr3 nanocrystals.

The luminescence properties of inorganic perovskite CsPbBr3 nanocrystals (NCs) with emissions of 492 and 517 nm under thermal annealing treatment were studied by temperature-dependent photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy. The CsPbBr3 NCs were annealed in vacuum at various temperatures. It was found that the NCs exhibited significant thermal degradation of PL at thermal annealing temperatures abo...

Quasi-reversible photoluminescence quenching of stable dispersions of silicon nanoparticles

Optically clear and stable dispersions of brightly photoluminescent Si nanoparticles were obtained by covalent attachment of alkenoic compounds to the particles. Quenching of photoluminescence by ethylamine, diethylamine, triethylamine, pyrazine, and piperazine was investigated. The photoluminescence was quenched by the action of these nitrogenous species, but in some cases could be partially r...

All-inorganic cesium lead halide perovskite nanocrystals for photodetector applications.

Herein, we describe simple, fast and reproducible halide ion exchange reactions in CsPbX3 (X = Cl, Br, I) nanocrystals (NCs) at room temperature. Through the simple adjustment of the halide ion concentration, the photoluminescence of these NCs can be tuned over the entire visible region (425-655 nm). Photodetector devices based on entirely inorganic CsPbI3 NCs are demonstrated for the first tim...

Extraordinary Interfacial Stitching between Single All-Inorganic Perovskite Nanocrystals

All-inorganic cesium lead halide perovskite nanocrystals are extensively studied because of their outstanding optoelectronic properties. Being of a cubic shape and typically featuring a narrow size distribution, CsPbX3 (X = Cl, Br, and I) nanocrystals are the ideal starting material for the development of homogeneous thin films as required for photovoltaic and optoelectronic applications. Recen...
